½ cup each of broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots .Pulse in food processor for about 1 minute.

1 cup of Farina/Cream of Wheat

½ tsp hot peppers

1 cup basan (Chick peas flour)

¼ tsp baking soda

1 tsp garam masala

2 tsp lemon juice

¼ tsp cumin

½ tsp fresh ground ginger

1/4 tsp turmeric

2 tbsp oil

Method:

Roast Farina on low heat for about 3-4 mins, stirring constantly to avoid burning.

Leave aside to cool.

In the meantime, mix all other ingredients, except baking soda and lemon juice.

Add Farina and enough water to make a soft mixture.

Just before frying, add baking soda and lemon juice and mix well.

With a small spoon, drop small balls of mixture in hot oil and fry on low heat until golden brown in color.
