Fridays “In-Person” Meditation

We are welcoming all of you again to attend in person at the meditation center for our regular Fridays of Experiences in Meditation.
About this event
Our outer world is a reflection of what lies within our collective inner worlds. By directing our thoughts in specific, positive ways, we have the potential to guide the world toward becoming a more loving place. Whether or not you know how to meditate, you are invited to join us on Friday evening at 7:00 pm where we will spend 20 minutes of your time with guided meditation (radiating peace, love, and care to our world) followed by the talk on practical aspects of meditation.
These sessions are open for both beginners and experienced meditators
